When I was instructed to talk to my Pulse Account Manager. He knew nothing of the situation and could not give me an accurate quote for The Pulse Cloud System. We had ten (10) days to find a new vendor and get our Physician's data off the system before they tripled the prices. This company is extremely unethical and should be avoided at all costs, because it will cost you a fortune to get away from them.
