We came to see Wicked. It's the first time visiting here since the new ownership. Bought tix online which was easy, and the staff working here were nice. Hubby got chili and popcorn. Both were on the salty side. But seats were comfy (though I noticed some wear), and we enjoyed the show. read more

Theater: Everything seems really clean and the staff are always friendly. My daughter wasn't enjoying one of the movies we watched so I took her to the hallway to walk around while my husband and son enjoyed the rest of the movie. One of the workers noticed this and gave us complimentary tickets for a different movie! Incredibly thoughtful! Restaurant: Last night we went for dinner and he pizza was really delicious! Went tonight on a Sunday night to see the latest Downton Abbey movie as soon as we walked in the theater it was freezing. We were in the last row at the top two people out of the three that were in the theater. Can't complain about the seats did not look at them closely did not buy any food as we were going out to eat afterwards. can't get over how cold it was. It was a bit loud as well as the theater was practically empty. Don't know why they don't monitor the temperatures as it was very uncomfortable. We both had jackets with us and my guest had long slacks on took a while for us to warm up even though the odd person there besides us, we talked about it as we walked out to the parking lot to get in our cars about how cold it was. read more

Not a great experience. Seats were full of food and several were in complete disrepair. But the worst part was the food! You order at bar and retrieve it from a wire rack outside the theaters. The food itself was really bad. The spinach artichoke dip smelled and tasted awful and bore no resemblance, visually or in taste, to artichoke dip. It appeared to be processed stuff that they heated in the plastic container and served with toast (literally just 2 slices of toasted bread). Pizza was also not good. $40 worth of food and 95% of it went straight into the trash. We definitely do not recommend. Any other theater in the area would be better. read more

Visited the movie theater with my family, and while the sound and visuals were decent, the experience had some drawbacks. Some of our seats were broken, which was inconvenient, and the theater was freezing. It felt like it was about 60 degrees inside, even though it was only 40 degrees outside. I'd recommend bringing a blanket or dressing warmly if you plan to visit--it was hard to enjoy the movie in such an uncomfortable temperature. read more

Staff was very nice. Theatre was clean including bathrooms. We saw Wicked at the afternoon matinee and had the theatre to ourselves which was nice but would like for them to have enough business to be successful. Theatre was cold though - bring a blanket at least in winter. read more

First time back since reopening under new management. The old format was a little more upscale and we enjoyed the seating and food. This visit however was nowhere close to the old ownership/format. Luckily, the showing was 80% empty, since one of the seats we selected at the ticket counter was broken. The seats have little tables attached to the armrests for your food or snacks. EVERY one looked like they had not been cleaned recently. Yuck. Almost every seat near us was full of food crumbs or sticky residue. The seats look like they'd not been cleaned in a while. Also yuck. Worst popcorn ever. Old and stale. Not sure if we'll be back or not. All of these things together made not ordering food an easy choice. Glad we didn't after coming home and reading other reviews on the food. Lots of other choices available. One thing that was strange, even during the previous ownership; the handicapped parking spots are furthest from the entrance. Just seems to defeat the entire purpose for those that rely on these parking spots. read more

I've been a few times since their opening. The theater is always clean and the staff are very nice. The restaurant isn't open yet to my knowledge but I'm looking forward to it! They still have all the movie theater standards right now. read more

My husband and I went to ACX last night (6/17/25) to see Mission Impossible. When we walked into the theatre #7 we noticed that it was very humid. There were 2 other families already seated. We sat down and looked for the button to order food and found that it was now covered over. So my husband went out and was told that now you have to order before you enter the theatre and they will text you to come outside the door to pick up your food. A the end of the 3 hour movie the air conditioner had never clicked on. When I asked at the desk, I was told that it was out in theatre no. 7, and had been out for a few days and I could have a free pass if I wanted one. When I ask why were were not told it was out when we bought the ticket the older man at the desk did not respond. Suggested takeaway: ask before you buy a ticket here if the theatre you will be in has working air conditioning and arrive early enough to order your food, wait for a text to tell you it's ready and retrieve it from outside the door before the movie starts so you don't miss anything. My takeaway: DON' T COME HERE AGAIN!!!!! read more
