Today, 02/18/2025, I spoke with the so-called General Manager, Kevin and he told me that it was my word against Planet Fitness. I was charged over $270 for a membership that I did not use in over 2 years plus a request over the phone they did not complete. This guy took no responsibility to this issue and stated that he doesn't care because it was my word against them plus, he said they get several of this complaint - No wonder why?...whoever hired him for that position is making a huge mistake. I will continue spreading the word about this location and this management team, especially the General Manager Kevin.

Strongside is a community of incredibly kind people who gather to be a better version of themselves, on a daily basis. The gym is incredibly clean. The people who go daily are so nice, and are always rooting for each other. Lifting each other. I work out among men and women of every shape and size. All of them trying to just be a BETTER version of themselves. A stronger version. A healthier version. As a middle aged woman, that feels wonderful. And the coaches are phenomenal. They push you to go that extra mile. To lift just a little more. To get in JUST ONE MORE REP! PUSH THROUGH!! My coach is Joe and he is absolutely AMAZING! If something does break it's fixed within a day or two. Treadmills and other cardio equipment is all in good working order. Nice variety of free weights. The space is large and well lit. Equipment is decently spaced and easy to move around. There is a nice boxing area as well as designated area for HIIT type work outs. Locker room is always clean. You do need to bring your own lock. There are a variety of sized lockers and always more than enough to choose from. The sauna has ceramic tile floors which is kind of odd in my opinion as I am used to (and prefer) wood. My main complaint and the reason for only giving three stars is the music. Not only am I not a fan of the type of my music usually being played but also the volume. It is extremely loud and for no good reason. It literally sounds like a night club in there most of the time. It's annoying. If they could just turn down the volume a little so I don't need my NOISE CANCELLING headphones turned all the way up just to drown out their music I would give this place 5 stars.
