Not only is the place STUNNING, but they have so many awesome things to do. They have wonderful yoga teachers, especially Liz. The classes are truely for all levels. Whether you are a pro or have never stepped in a yoga class before, you will have a wonderful experience. Having a terrible back, knee, and being overweight you must be able to sense my fear of trying new things... Especially anything physical! I have always felt comfortable and welcome in the classes and yoga has greatly helped my recovery process. And that's just the yoga! They also have crystal bowl meditations, and angel meditations.
