I enjoy working out and over the last months had to limit my workouts due to the pain. After visiting Yasmin she released a significant amount of tension I had on the back of my neck and from my back she uniquely maneuvered my left arm outward. I felt an enormous release during and after the session thankfully reaching my sinus headache as well.
