We started with massages (individual 1-hour), moved on to the salt therapy room, infrared sauna- with color changing for chromotherapy, float session, and foot/heel massage! It was such a relaxing 6hour day! The staff is always SO nice! When we went to get food after I think they thought we were a little high (there's a smoke shop nearby) - we told the staff we just came from the spa after 6 hours and we're hungry!- She said ohh a natural high!
