I was referred to Dr. Fox earlier this year by my pelvic floor therapist. I initially started…read moreseeing her for my bladder, but as a bonus, learned she specializes in fertility and so she also has been helping me through my recent PCOS diagnosis. Dr. Fox is caring and kind and wants her patients to succeed. She is easy to talk to about seemingly difficult medical subjects, and will spend time to understand and get the care you need. I thought I was just getting acupuncture when I signed up, but what a pleasant surprise that she also has helped me manage a supplement routine to balance my hormones, as well as sold me equipment and videos for doing TENS and LED treatments at home. I know that when I eventually try to conceive, I will have Dr. Fox to thank for her detail-oriented treatment and listening to my every need. I have already had tremendous results since seeing her and now look forward to my appointments.

I knew that things didn't feel right in my body, and I had also recently broken my foot. I was stomping on a box and my foot just snapped. It should not have broken that easily, something was wrong. Susan listened to my symptoms, educated me on a lot, and suggested some amazing supplements. She was particularly alarmed about the break and suggested that I get a bone density scan. She was THE ONLY person who was concerned and wanted me to push further. My podiatrist and my primary brushed it off, and I had to fight to get the scan. Well, it turns out that I have osteoporosis! Thank you, Susan! This is a perfect example of how typical Western medicine can fall short, but a skilled and attentive alternative practitioner can make all the difference. Susan is incredibly gifted, kind, brilliantly smart, and truly a lifesaver. Thank you again, Susan!

I want to give Jared 10 stars, because he is that good. He has helped me in so many ways, it's hard…read moreto know how to even begin to communicate it. Jared is truly gifted as a healer. He uses a subtle but extremely powerful and precise type of manual therapy, combined with acupuncture, to affect deep changes in the body. His techniques are so gentle (and targeted) that at first you find it hard to fathom that anything is happening. Yet when you focus into your body, you can literally feel the muscles and connective tissues unwinding and becoming unknotted. Very amazing and powerful stuff. Jared is also highly intuitive and has a beautiful sense of when deeper emotional issues might be affecting the physical body. He helps you connect with all levels of your being to bring them into greater alignment and ease, and to propel you to a greater level of healing and thriving. I always leave his office feeling lighter, happier and more comfortable in my body. There are lots of therapists out there, but Jared is a true master. I love him!

If you are looking for a holistic, remarkably fast, and long term solution to physical pain or are…read morerecovering from an injury, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Jared Van Der Beek at Physio-puncture. I love running, biking, hiking, etc. so when I managed to throw out my back to the point where I couldn't bend over or even put on shoes, I was at a complete loss as to what to do. I got two massages and was adjusted by a chiropractor, but the pain and immobility only got worse. I then made an appointment with a traditional doctor, who would have likely prescribed muscle relaxers and a brace, but fortunately was referred to Jared by my running coach. Jared quickly assessed my body and identified all of the different issues that were causing my back to lock up. He immediately got to work on making the proper adjustments, releasing tension in the fascia surrounding my muscles, and restoring the normal mechanical movement of my body. He also prescribed stretches, exercises and dietary changes that I could do at home. After 10 sessions, my body felt better than it has in years and I now have a much better understanding of my weaknesses and tendencies and most importantly how I can ensure long term health. Jared's objective is to heal his patients and he (unlike many doctors today) is not motivated by creating a reoccurring and lucrative stream of patients with chronic pain. He's also a pleasure to talk to and is incredibly informative. I'll definitely go back for "check-ups" or if I have any future injuries or issues.

She always listened to me and spent a lot of time with me to understand my issues. I loved her integrative outlook on health: exercise, chiropractic, physiotherapy, etc. I can no longer recommend her to anyone. In one visit she refused to listen to me, told me to see a therapist and work on my childhood traumas (thanks I already do), made me watch a 10-minute conspiracy video about 5G and COVID, told me not to wear my Apple Watch because it's magnetic, not to get the COVID vaccine because natural immunity is better (I have an autoimmune disease - was she joking?! NO!), and that I needed to go on disability for four weeks (and maybe forever) because I have carpal tunnel. I have since been fully vaccinated and have seen another doctor who does not believe my pain is caused by carpal tunnel and immediately referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. I have a ganglion cyst causing a lot of pain. Not only that but her chiropractor told me I could take my mask off during the height of COVID inside a treatment room and her mask was not tight fitting - she also gets frustrated with you when you don't understand what she's saying. I will be calling the medical network I was in to explain this as I believe she is causing great harm to the community. *Update: I had a 5mm ganglion cyst under the artery in my wrist which was causing my terrible pain. NOT carpal tunnel. Please, for the love of.. do not see this doctor. She has caused a lot of trouble for not only me, but the other physicians who treat me.
