Before my visit, I called to confirm the price, and they told me the first session would cost $75, and the following ones would be $65. However, when I arrived, I was told there was a "misunderstanding," and the actual price was $190 for the first session and $160 for the following ones. In the end, they offered me a "discount," so I agreed to pay $130 for the first session and $110 for the next ones. I initially thought it was just a misunderstanding. But after my fourth visit, I suddenly received an email informing me that my next session would cost $120. No one had warned me about the price increase beforehand--they just informed me after the fact! When I asked why I wasn't notified in advance, they simply told me the next session would now be $125. I want to emphasize that Dr. Denis is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate his care. That's why it's especially disappointing that the clinic operates this way and treats its clients like this. I feel really sorry about the situation.
