The lazy receptionist wouldn't make an appointment with me because she said eye "doctor" Boyer couldn't help me because since I didn't know what my eye problem is, eye "doctor" Boyer wouldn't have a clue what to do. I reminded the brilliant genius, even if he only understands the back of the eye, he should understand what a referral is. She then said due to eye "doctor" Boyer's greed he wouldn't spend one second with me then, not exaggerating, hung up on me. I waited 2 weeks for my referral to get approved and this tragedy of a business is who I had the misfortune of dealing. It should be noted, this entire review was written while on hold. Setting up the procedure was a breeze with their coordinator who guided me through the paperwork and kept me informed via text messages about my scheduled procedure and insurance information regarding what was covered and what I needed to pay. On the day of the procedure, Donovan, the clinical coordinator was fantastic setting me up for surgery and checking in, making sure I was aware of possible effects and guided me through the aftercare thoroughly. Dr. Samimi himself was a magician. Throughout the procedure he was very adept at performing the surgery while keeping me distracted through conversation. It was truly amazing and I was surprised when it was done. Moreover, his work was fantastic as I haven't had to deal with nearly as many of the side effects due to how precise his work was. The overall experience was amazing top to bottom! An irrelevant but added bonus was definitely the office's gorgeous open view of the valley which also helped put some of my nerves at ease going into the procedure. For any ophthalmic and eyelid issues, this should definitely be your go-to!
