Wow! These people know what customer service is all about. From the moment I walked in they made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for some dancing style lights for my new DJ service and didn't have a huge budget. Not only did they provide me with lighting in my price range they also set it up for me. They installed the lighting control software on my computer and after 1 hour I walked out with a complete light show! I will be shopping here more often. I made the mistake of purchasing from acue lighting while in SoCal. By far the worst lighting company I have ever dealt with! With acue lighting you get exactly what you pay for "cheap equipment directly from China". Horrible customer service with lack of knowledge on the equipment they sell. At this point I am literally stuck with $1200 worth of junk unless I can make a trip back to Van Nuys only for them to look at it. read more

These guys know their stuff and their products speak for themselves. I was looking into getting new moving heads and my friends recommended their 7r double prism moving heads. They were faster and brighter than my elation platinum beam 5r. They even had more options in them at about quarter the price. Acue lighting has become our primary resource for lighting and video needs for all of our L.A. Banquets venues. I was in the market to remodel one our spaces in 2017 and Acue Lighting was the first company I contacted. I had a vision to create something very unique and exciting for my customers. Acue Lighting came in and immediately saw my vision. The next day they had a full drawing of what they were able to do for me. I was pleased with the quick turn-around and level of service! It wasn't just the product, it was the whole system integration that they were able to do. They are very knowledgeable in the newest and most advanced products available on the market. I wanted to have LED video screens around the whole Ballroom and that's exactly what they did. When the whole project was completed they handed me an iPad that operated everything with 1 touch of a button. I wish I knew about Acue Lighting from the very beginning. I used to buy a lot of gears (lights, trusses, fixtures, etc) from Chauvet and American DJ to enhance our shows when we play as a live band or DJ, but everytime I would have a problem with it, wether it broke down, needed servicing, or usage explanation, it would be a headache to contact them. My friend introduced me to Moshe and Arthur a couple years ago, and I was blown away. They have a showroom right here in Van Nuys, where I can personally see and touch everything before I buy it, and they are priced VERY reasonably, with great customer service needs. They always offer to help and teach me with any equipment needs. Not only that, if anything happens to go wrong, you can just walk it in and their turn-around time is very fast. They recently also added a lot of new cool stuff that other companies don't even have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to look more unique!
