Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. He went ahead, had the manufacturer replace the panel in question, and had his crew install the new panel, all on his own.
