I would like to thank Officer Scholla ( Hope I spelled that right ) in particular. Not only did the officer shine his cruizer lights on my car, he actually assisted in changing the tire! He was allerted by my Insurance company because the curbed jarred my car hard enough to trigger the accident report mode on my phone, and lucky for me he showed up. He was very pleasant and an all-around stand up guy. Thank you, Officer Scholla. Sincerely, Jeffrey Downing

I was at a…read morelight and grabbed a hair bush front my drivers door and put it on my lap and The officers said I was on my black phone which there was not one in my car because mine is bright pink which I asked him to check my phone and he refused. he seen the red brush on my lap and still gave me a warning for a phone. I asked him why doesn't the warning say brush instead of phone if when I was stopped I grabbed a brush not a phone. He told me it is not a big deal but it is when he is wrong. if he was going to give me a warning then it should be for the Right thing and in the RMV it doesn't say anything about another other objected when you are stopped. I can the supervisor and ask him the watch the camera and he said he didn't have time for that but the point is that if he is wrong and ticketing people for the wrong stuff he shouldn't be a police officer. there was a camera that would of caught it. I would not say anything if he was right but he was a big jerk and he was wrong. i know they are saying a warning is nothing but I don't deserve a warning for a phone if it wasn't a phone. They also refused to give me his and which is not clear on the warning which I am happy to pay $25 to appeal it because he should be more careful with his job. His first name begins with a D and his last name a M he is an older guy with blonde hair and he definitely needs some glasses

I felt unsafe, as cars and huge trucks flew past me at speeds well over 75MPH. I called 911 and the state Police dispatched the MAPFRE/ Commerce Insurance (current sponsor) Highway Assistance - which is basically a tow truck that helps with these kind of situations. The arrived in about 15inutes, gave me 1 gallon of gas, free of charge, and made sure that I safely pulled out back onto the highway. The guy was super nice, friendly, and cool. I tipped him as he really helped me out of a unpleasant situation. A wonderful service and valued program.
