The first time we were scheduled for the Wentzville location and when we arrived it was locked, when I called they informed me that they had called to move me to another location. Although they had written my phone number wrong so I never received the call - they used the excuse of a change in their schedule. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later and it happened again - show up for the appointment and not their, called and told that they called me but this time they called the home phone which we never use or answer. She first tells me that they dont have another number, then she does see my cell which is the primary phone number. Once again they change the schedule and want me to drive to St. Peters. Why have a Wenztville location if you cant get an appointment at that location? I am sure the dentist is great but I am very disappointment with my experience and any changing oral surgeons due to their inability to keep appointments.

The office cancelled the appointment because I did not confirm by noon the day before--a policy that was never communicated when the appointment was scheduled. The only message I received was sent mid-morning the day before the procedure, giving me less than three hours to respond before their noon cutoff. I'm a working parent, and I don't have access to my phone all day. By the time I saw the message and called back at 12:50 PM, they had already given the appointment to someone else. No attempt to contact my husband, who is listed as a contact. Just cancelled. This is especially concerning for a children's dental office handling sedation procedures and large pre-payments. What's even more troubling is that after several visits, we have never seen the same dentist twice, and I honestly have no idea which dentist was even scheduled to perform my child's dental work. For pediatric dentistry, continuity and trust matter. Between the poor communication, undisclosed policies, and revolving door of dentists, this practice feels more focused on filling appointment slots than providing thoughtful care to children. She said first I would have to go to an orthodontist for invisiline or braces before she would work on teeth cause my bite was off. I go all the time for my checkups and never been told that.
