My last two SCHEDULED appointments I received a text message the day before the SCHEDULED appointment saying that if I don't confirm the appointment by 5pm the day of the text, they would remove the appointment from their schedule. they claim to have a tight schedule and a long waiting list. I told them I made the appointment, and I WILL BE THERE, if you take me off the SCHEDULED appointment you have lost a customer, I don't like to be threatened. I let them know if they don't want me as a customer to let me know, a lot of dentists accept my insurance. Their reply was "Ok we will remove this appointment from their schedule per my request, I never requested the appointment to be removed, I told them that I made the appointment, and I WILL BE THERE. They have lost a customer of around 8yrs because they have a tight scheduled and have a long waiting list, so they send a threating text. I would give them a zero if I could. read more

Simply put, this I'd BY FAR the best dental office I have been to! Quality care with a very friendly hygienist who explained every single thing being done and why. I have never had such a comprehensive exam. Xrays, photos, scans, all in the computer with detailed closeups available to see and discuss with the dentist. I'd give this place a 0. THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE WEVE EVER HAD!!!! My primary care doctor gave me a list of dentist places it was a budget friendly out of pocket place that's how I found this place.. Took off work for this hell experience to have our time wasted for a hour and a half of nothing. Well I scheduled my husband he had no insurance they said $79.00 for cleaning turns out they deny him for a regular cleaning and started racking up a HUGE BILL they suggested he does a deep cleaning instead & decided to make a list of things for what they prefer to do for him. I scheduled him FOR A CLEANING!!!!!!!!!!!! I even called multiple times to make sure that the cleaning price was correct because obviously they used it as a get you in scheme. They told us the time before they would remove his tooth for like 300 and some change bucks to remove it so reschedule your appointment to remove it. That's what we did. He comes out with like a HUGE list of suggestions and they didn't even clean his teeth because they wanna up charge and scam just like any greasy corporation! We brought money to remove the tooth and additional cleaning I've called up there multiple times to make sure the pricing is correct. THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN OR REMOVE HIS TOOTH!! Just made us pay 59.00 for them to MAKE A LIST of upselling implants and suggestions. They said well "we don't even have time today". Basically we won't work on you unless you take our upselling offers. The list ended up being like $17.000 of suggestions when we just wanted the simplicity of what we need. They don't care about people they just want their money. greedy humans. They lie. If you don't have insurance don't go here. I'm sure even if you have insurance they will try and scam you!!! They just upsell you when you just need simplicity's of teeth cleaning and a tooth removal. I've been to other dentists who just do it for the logical price that it should be. Wow! What an amazing experience I had at the dentist. The staff was so warm and friendly. Brooke was so personable but also efficient and it put me right at ease when I arrived. I had no wait either! Jackie was amazing and extremely thorough by walking me through every step of the process as she was cleaning my teeth. Jackie is very knowledgeable and empathetic, making my dental cleaning a lot more relaxing and less nerve racking. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible the whole time. The entire staff at this office is a DREAM to work with. I had a horrible experience with my previous dentist and this place completely turned around my fears regarding dental work. They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment for 2 root canals within 24 hours of calling. The care I received was beyond what I expected. The dentist took his time and kept me in the loop on what he was doing every step of the way, which eased my anxiety that I already felt walking in to the appointment. They were done in less than 2 hours and I walked away feeling like a million bucks, which no one ever says about a root canal... but this dream team made that happen. I see why they call it Lifetime Dentistry... because you WANT to continue to see them for a lifetime! I will NEVER see a different dentist again. I made an appointment because of a. Change in Ins. Just for a cleaning , supposed to be 100 present covered.The first thing before seeing anyone is to say my part of payment is 59.00.when I asked for what? "Oral cancer screening " your Ins does not cover, never asked for it , had to sign off for refusing it. Then we took full X-rays , ok did not. Ask for them either but ok. Now they tell me because I have a deep pocket they "can't clean my teeth" BUT they have a more extensive cleaning that they could do. DON'T GO! Wished I had read all these bad reviews before going to this place. Very unprofessional. Put fluoride on teeth without asking first. Fluoride is not covered by most insurance companies and they know that! They push a mouth cancer screening that is also not covered by most dental insurance companies and they know that. These are fast talking SALES people. Realized after I left that I didn't actually get my teeth cleaned. They did not polish my teeth! Got the biggest bill ever for a checkup and my dental insurance did not change! They took pictures of my face. WHY? Made me sign a quote for invisalign (invisable braces). Even though I said I did not want it and I did not feel comfortable signing a quote for almost $4000 for something I said I don't want! They insisted 3x and said that since I had seen the quote I have to sign it. Left with a very uneasy feeling. read more

I don't review much but I wanted to warn people to stay away. This dentist botched a root canal that has to be re-done, left me with a ill fitting crown that screwed up my bite, and caused other fillings to shift and crumble. They also recommend work that was not necessary. They incorrectly administered pain medication and I literally had to be rushed to Barnes Jewish Hospital ER. The fancy mailers and new patient coupons are not worth the damage that they will cause. I don't like to say bad things about people but I feel responsible to share this with others. I visited Lifetime Dentistry because I had chipped my crown. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly which put me at ease. I have to confess, I am a wimp when it comes to dental work. My apprehension was unfounded. Dr Grant was gentle and because I told her I was a extra sensitive to pain, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Horrible customer service; deceptive billing process; unfamiliar with American Dental Association recommendations regarding radiation; questionable procedures and results (e.g., if you mistakenly mark that you have a condition on their intake form, they will find that condition -- even if you may not actually have it). Worst ever customer experience at a dental/medical office (which aren't paradigms of great customer service anyway). Now I have to pay again to go to a more capable and responsive dentist.
