The other needed surgery and my first experience with Moscardi was a good one, so I requested to see them again to my Orthopedic. I just completed my last physical therapy session and I couldn't be happier with the result. And my Ortho is pleased as well. The staff is friendly and professional. They followed an updated regiment on my chart so that I continued to improve range of motion and strength back to my shoulder. I like the consistent, slow process to prevent a re-tear by over doing it. Louis is constantly observing the room while working on other patients to make sure proper form is being practiced. Scheduling appointments was very easy and they are accommodating if you need to reschedule when the need arises. If you are considering surgery with an Orthopedic, or have a minor sprain/injury, proper healing starts with proper movement, Louis and his staff will have you back in the saddle in the right amount of time! I don't feel the staff was able to give the time they know is needed for healing and teaching. Maybe I'm naive to the realities of therapy but the actual time spent on patient care was minimal. The facility looks run down and in need of updating. After a month, i realized i could continue at home and give my spot to someone who could benefit. The staff was professional however i got the vibe that they bust their butt, provide as much as they can but the the powers to be must only see dollar signs and how can we turn over the most amount of patients for minimal cost. Wasn't horrible but could use some improvement. Therapist/Aides A+. Facilities/owners/management C.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was important to share…read more My first visit mostly involved intake with the physical therapist and a short treatment on my hand, which seemed fine. During my second visit: * I only saw the PT briefly before being directed to a young assistant who was not a physical therapist. * The treatment room was extremely cramped with essentially no privacy between patients. * While using ultrasound on my finger joint, the assistant became distracted in a side conversation with another staff member. * The ultrasound wand was repeatedly left sitting in one place instead of being kept moving. * This caused a burning sensation in the joint. I understand ultrasound is normally kept moving during treatment, which is why this concerned me. * I moved the wand several times myself until I eventually asked her to stop as the discomfort was increasing. * I was also instructed to perform one of the exercises incorrectly. When I mentioned the ultrasound issue to the PT on my way out, the concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I later called to cancel my remaining appointments, I had to leave multiple voicemails during business hours and received no call back. After four attempts I finally reached the receptionist. Overall, in my experience this did not reflect the level of patient attention or professionalism I expect from a physical therapy clinic. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve patient care going forward. I have since switched to AG Physical Therapy, where experienced therapists provide focused, professional care.
