They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I recently experienced cryotherapy for the first time and I must say, there's nothing to fear--it's much simpler than the idea of a cold plunge... Just take it step by step. You only need two to three minutes. Just put on the provided gloves, socks, and hat, and step into the standup chamber. An attendant will check in on you periodically to let you know the time, but you can easily exit if you need to. Also, you can easily make your sauna, salt room or cryotherapy session a two person appointment for you and a friend or your significant other. I'm looking forward to many more visits!
