I would not recommend Active pest control. From the moment they sent salesperson out it's been one lie after the other. Several times they charged for service that wasn't done. I know this because I review ring camera footage. Customer service will lie also so be sure to read your contract. Active, you all should be ashamed of the shady business practices you're conducting. read more

I had a closing scheduled for the next day and I had just received notice that I needed to provide a termite letter. My agent reached out to Skyline and they were able to provide same day service. The technician, James Ivey, recognized the urgency of the situation and was extremely accommodating. He completed the inspection and emailed my agent the termite letter before leaving the home. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I greatly appreciate it. You all have a customer for life! read more

Our service technician has always been very thorough and comes like clockwork for regular maintenance. He's always been professional and we have NOT seen one roach or bug inside our house because of the preventative treatments. I like that we have the same technician each time, too so he's familiar with our home. He was recommended highly by my neighbors. read more

I will only give a one star for the contract to check our termite cans. We have been having trouble with a armadillo for over 3 months. Contacted them to come out and remove it and didn't get a call back with an appointment for over 3 weeks and when they did call, they said they couldn't come out for almost a month. They wanted to put some mixture on our yard and I told them that I didn't want that spread. That won't stop the problem but move it into our woods behind our house. I have a dog and small children and don't want to take any chances. They stated that they don't catch and relocate. They came out anyway and spread that crap on my yard (against my wishes) and proceeded to charge us $300. That was over two weeks ago. The animal is still living under our garage and driveway and has gotten ballsier by coming into our garage. We went out and got a trap and worms to trap it ourselves. This company has been proven to be worthless and a money drainer. Not to mention they are hired to come out and spray to make sure we don't generate roaches and have seen 4 in the house since we moved in in December. Not cool. read more

I downloaded this app just to review my experiences with this company. I prepaid for one year of service and one year only. I had small black ants that were moving into the columns on my front porch so a technician came out. He was really nice and professional. He unfortunately had to come back several weeks later to redo the treatment because it didn't work. Everything was fine until before the next treatment. A different person came out. And then a different one after that. They treated the ants and this back and forth continued for a while, but not actually getting rid of the problem. I decided after a year of expensive treatments that didn't work I would not be continuing service with this company after my prepaid year was up. To my surprise a tech came out to continue treatment, which wasn't at all effective. I hadn't received notice in the mail about this. I have video footage of the ants only 2 weeks after the fact. Now they are trying to bill me for something that haven't been resolved in over a year and at least 5 or 6 treatments. It should also be known that I paid for them to remove a mouse and despite sealing up any blatantly noticeable cracks (yet managing to still miss a few) in addition to setting a few traps they never caught the furry invader. It wasn't til I bought cheap traps and baited them with chocolate that I caught two. Haven't heard any weird noises since. The only star in this review is because their techs are usually really polite and professional. This company is a waste of time and money. read more

I worked at Skyline Pest Solutions for about two years and decided to leave the company. I worked out a notice and continued to do my job very well. This included selling and inspections. Skyline, however, has a policy that they won't pay for any work that is completed after the employee leaves. They typically get the job done in two to three weeks and this is widely known. That POLICY keeps them from paying out thousands of dollars to people who earned it. My suggestion is to find a local guy...they are part of a larger company. read more

If you use this company, you better make sure you are home when they come. They are not honest. I waited on a termite inspector during my two hour appointment window and no one showed. Shortly thereafter, I received an email with a bill stating the inspection took place, that the tech had been at my home an hour and 20 minutes and that no bait stations needed bait. It was all a lie. A supervisor had to come out and do the inspection and found four bait stations required service. On another visit for pest control, the tech hooked his hose up to our water spigot and stole our water to fill the tank on the back of his truck. When we confronted him about this, he said it is in our contract that they are allowed to do this. This was not true! When I finally got fed up and asked for a refund for the last out of four pest control visits that I had prepaid, they did not refund 1/4 of what had been paid but a lower amount.
