Jen Robinson is the ultimate professional and has the ability to make complicated things easily understandable. She welcomes e-mails and texts if you every have a question. As a matter of fact, I texted Jen her on the first day of her vacation and she answered my question amicably. The program is like none we've ever experienced. For one, we don't feel starved and feel truly satisfied. My wife and I have never been on a weight control program that did this to this degree. I'm happy I did. It was a great class and a fantastic work out! We did 10 rounds of stations and cardio before and after. Each person had to track their rounds on a card. Every person who finished the 10 rounds was awarded a medal for completing the 10 rounds. It was a great motivator! Frank's wife was so helpful and motivating, also! She even worked out with me after she completed her 10 rounds. She was so kind to this! She wanted me to finish my 10 rounds, so she encouraged me by working out beside me. What a great experience! I mainly got this membership for the shower and the shower was a trickle of water that came out and they were filthy. I have photos for evidence too! The showers had spit on the walls, hair everywhere, the curtains were stained with brown and yellow stains and the shower only had boiling hot water, and this was at the end of June!! When I told Lacey at the front desk about it, she said "sorry there's no managers here and there's nothing I can do about it" when I asked for a phone number to call she gave me one and it is only automated and tells you to go to their website! They will not allow you to cancel in person or on the phone. The staff was NOT helpful and barely even there to check you in at the front desk. If you want to spread disease and get sick, go to this gym. If you have any sense at all I would avoid this bacteria, germ infested gym. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE!
