The absolute worst experience with a claim for wind and hail damage, being told for months and…read moremonths by Andrew Biscay that he was working on our claim. Meanwhile he had us running around getting bids, sending vendor bids to his email , one week later he told me he could not locate it (this went for 3 weeks) finally he did see the bid and told us that the contractor had to add a description of the hail and wind damage, this was update and sent back to Andrew within 24 hours - then he writes the claim is closed and he tried hard to help us , Sorry ! We have 3 bids from 3 different reputable companies claiming damage. Additional photos and details information will be added at a later date. Andrew Biscay office in Excelsior MN and the American Family Company is UNFAIR !!!!! Andrew thanks for your reply but that's incorrect your adjuster took photos of the damage , he marked several areas and explained in detail the damages . You have declined to pay for to fix the wind and hail damages _ we expect to be compensated for the damage and not the entire roof . The phone conversation I had with Alberteen was the unprofessional, I called to ask a question regarding a photo on page 32 She REFUSED to open the report and told me 'I've been looking at this all day , you are not getting a new roof and no matter what you say or ask it's not changing our decision ". UNBELIEVABLE

He started out by speaking badly of another State Farm agent, which should have raised red flags for me. We only spoke a couple of times and neither were productive. My requests were pretty straight forward and simple. However, he spent so much time talking that he forgot to listen. Consequently he completely missed the point of my calls. So, I switched agents. When I took this step he called me up and became unhinged. I never did get to tell him why I switched agents. I suggest you not waste your time with Jason. I am certain there are other good agents out there who will listen before they speak and actually prove to be helpful.
