Getting ripped off by insurance companies that charge way too much and still screw you over by making you jump through hoops if, heaven forbid, you actually need to file a claim on your policy! Been there. Done that. Haaated it! Besides, I was sure I (we at the time) were getting screwed on our insurance premiums. So, I did the dirty deed and went insurance shopping.... and, you know what, it didn't totally suck. I don't even know how I stumbled across Dan (the son), but I'm glad I did, and I have never looked back. I mean don't get me wrong, I mean who doesn't just love those annoying TV commercials, that just make you wanna run right out and drive off a cliff? Right? Not me, no sir-ee. When I call, I want a real person, right then, with real answers and real customer service, and that is exactly what I get from Dan and his crew. I've even had to make several claims over the years and have had NO hassles whatsoever. In fact, I would go so far as to say that the couple of claims I've had to make have even been...pleasant! Gasp! So, do yourself a favor and stop getting ripped off by the big box insurance companies, and do ALL of us a favor and puhlease stop funding all those dang annoying commercials already!

Recently Kaylee bent over backwards to help me with an issue that was 100% my fault for creating. She saved the day and was friendly and bubbly through the whole process. Bundling all your coverage with one company isn't always the best answer. To be able to do all of your shopping with one call makes life so much simpler!

I used them to get my Medicare and supplemental insurance as well as my husband's private medical insurance through MNSure. Not only did I not get the dental I thought I had signed up for, the agent took my kids off the application under my husband and they lost their insurance! I've spent months trying to correct this on my own which is impossible since it's going between two systems (MNSure and the county) which is why I wanted their help in the first place. They washed their hands of me and surprise! The agent who messed up doesn't work there anymore!! Oh but if you want to rent blow up bouncy houses, he has those. He was much more focused on that than his JOB! I'm disabled and needed help. I can not recommend them to ANYONE!

I am looking for insurance and called this company and spoke with Joe Cox. I had questions about…read morethe company, which I stated outright to Joe Cox, but instead Joe Cox talked over me and didn't seem to want me to ask questions. He asked many questions to assess me--to determine whether or not I might be good for his company--even though I simply called with some basic questions. He was pushy and lacked the basic manners that you should expect from someone who values you as a potential customer. In the end, he said, "Well, I'm busy, so I have to go." And he hung up. Manners are important, and this guy doesn't have any. You'll get better manners from a big-box insurance company. UPDATE: At around 15 minutes after I posted the above review, I got four phone calls in rapid succession from three different phone numbers--one of which was this company's phone number and one of which said "restricted"--with a voicemail from Joe Cox. This guy, Joe Cox, was too "busy" to properly end our conversation (he hung up on me), yet he is not too busy to be quite bothered by my honest review. His voicemail states that my review leads him to believe that I am confused...that he was simply being direct. No, what I am is honest. There is a way to be direct and still have proper manners, and maybe Joe Cox will learn that someday. I myself am direct, but I have proper manners. I do not recall ever in my life treating a person in the way that I was treated by Joe Cox. As regards this posting of such great concern to Mr. Cox: It is my right to give my honest opinion on here in a respectful way--which I have done. My advice to you, Mr. Cox, is that you learn proper manners. If you want to build a quality business, then proper manners are of foremost importance.
