There is zero signage in the parking lot to tell you which of the several entrances you should use, and the signing over the doors is under awnings, so it's very difficult to figure out where you're supposed to go. Same thing once you get inside, you have to guess if you're in the right place. Everyone at the reception desk seemed absolutely miserable and completely uninviting. When a woman came in asking if she was in the right place, and complained in frustration about how hard it is to find what you're looking for, one woman made a snarky comment (under her breath, and after the customer had already walked away, but loudly enough that I could hear her) to the effect of "just follow the signs", but, as I said, it's really very unclear. The physical therapist I saw, Jessica Kaplan, was very nice, but she was overshadowed by the rest of my time there. Overall, not a place I would recommend to anyone.

So, I decided to try them one more time hoping that maybe their billing staff had improved. They actually messed up the billing yet again. They sent me a copy of the insurance company billing instructions I had given them for my file. It specified the name of the insurance company and the exact address and contact information. They ended up sending the billing to a completely different insurance company - that has been out of business for many years - totally ignoring the information they acknowledged they had in my file. Although they have some terrific PT folks their ongoing billing errors create more aggravation than I am willing to deal with.,

Within about a month or so, Jay, the physical therapist, helped me gain my range of motion back and had me moving again. The stretches and exercises he gave me worked like magic and helped me overcome a debilitating herniated disc injury. Jay's humor helped keep me sane when I was depressed and barely able to move. It has now been a little over a year since I stopped going there and I've been keeping up with all of the exercises Jay gave me and I've been back in the gym doing my old workouts before my injury, pain free.
