I see Cherie and Kaitlynn for laser, fillers and various other treatments. I'm getting my first laser hair removal today. I had Co2 laser last week for a dog bite scar on my nose. They couldn't be more professional and likeable. They have a very inviting waiting room with Cynthia and Dylan managing the front. I hear Dylan will be doing facials, full body waxing and laser soon. I do know that they had short notice to find a new building because the one on Cortez had been sold and they moved to 1747 Willow Creek Rd., Prescott. (I don't see where Yelp has changed their address) I actually had 1 of 3 of my nose lasers done on one of the first days (8/2/21) in the new office. I know they had a hiccup with a new employee whom I had a bad experience with, but she is no longer there. Their actual open house was on 10/2/21 and was lovely. I can't imagine going anywhere else for all of my cosmetic needs!!

Prior to Botox injection with Tori, I was experiencing debilitating and horrible TMD / TMJ with intense 10/10 headaches from years of accumulated facial muscle tension from clenching and grinding my teeth. Tori totally reversed everything with just one amazing Botox treatment! I feel like an entirely new person, I can't even believe how amazing I feel... No more headaches or waking up with a sore jaw. Bye bye to misery all because of Tori! Book with her ASAP if you have headaches or TMD / TMJ from facial muscle tension and tightness. The clinic practice manager Erin is an absolute gem. She is so friendly and has the most wonderful welcoming attitude. Erin took the effort to explain the entire process in great detail and even took the extra time to make sure that I completely understood everything. Added bonus: she makes the best iced tea in the entire world. Thanks for entertaining me Erin! The PA Chelsea was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in her clinical assessment. I booked the Botox appointment solely based upon my experience with Chelsea for a IM Kenalog injection for severe allergies. I absolutely trust her clinical expertise. Chelsea performed one of the most complete clinical assessments on me. For comparison, I used to go to Cedars Sinai in LA and UCLA Hospital in Santa Monica. I thought Cedars Sinai and UCLA Hospital were top tier until I met Chelsea. Truly all the stars for Chelsea! They have the cutest guard dog ever.
