Botox, injectables, lasers, all the latest and greatest stuff to keep the aging process at bay. I used to drive to various med-spas in Scottsdale every couple months for these services as I was not very happy with the professionals in the Prescott area. Someone recommended Carol to me and I am happy that I no longer have to make that commute. She is a Nurse Practitioner, her prices are very reasonable, and she is always on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in the field of anti-aging. And, she is just such a doll. Truly a kind, honest and gentle woman. Warm, yet always a true professional. She instills loyalty in her clients, as I used to be one to chase a good deal, but I don't feel the need to do that anymore. Her prices are good, and she takes such good care of you!! She also does not overbook, so there is no waiting time, which I appreciate a lot.

Prior to Botox injection with Tori, I was experiencing debilitating and horrible TMD / TMJ with intense 10/10 headaches from years of accumulated facial muscle tension from clenching and grinding my teeth. Tori totally reversed everything with just one amazing Botox treatment! I feel like an entirely new person, I can't even believe how amazing I feel... No more headaches or waking up with a sore jaw. Bye bye to misery all because of Tori! Book with her ASAP if you have headaches or TMD / TMJ from facial muscle tension and tightness. The clinic practice manager Erin is an absolute gem. She is so friendly and has the most wonderful welcoming attitude. Erin took the effort to explain the entire process in great detail and even took the extra time to make sure that I completely understood everything. Added bonus: she makes the best iced tea in the entire world. Thanks for entertaining me Erin! The PA Chelsea was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in her clinical assessment. I booked the Botox appointment solely based upon my experience with Chelsea for a IM Kenalog injection for severe allergies. I absolutely trust her clinical expertise. Chelsea performed one of the most complete clinical assessments on me. For comparison, I used to go to Cedars Sinai in LA and UCLA Hospital in Santa Monica. I thought Cedars Sinai and UCLA Hospital were top tier until I met Chelsea. Truly all the stars for Chelsea! They have the cutest guard dog ever.

Dr.Fleck told me she does not do laser hair removal. She stated she was to good for that and her time was worth more. She then proceeded to change the price that I was originally paying for my tattoo removal. I split the difference with her and payed it. Then we discussed the laser hair. Which I had been getting done there about 3x before. She asked me to "bend over" the table so she could see where I wanted the laser hair removal in front of the tech not even in a professional way. Like my money or self was not worth her time which she stated 3x before that. She can barely see she is so old and her hands shake like crazy. If you are not going to spend a lot of money in there then she will treat you like shit. She stated she did not need my business. I have never in my life been disrespected like that before. I took my wife to Body Oasis about a year ago to have some old tattoos removed. I suppose they were…read morecool in the moment but years later, there can be a lot of regrets. Thank goodness there is some advanced technology to help erase some of the foolishness of youth. (I don't mean to offend anyone with saying that) I wish there were machines out there to erase some of our other kinds of regret, but they haven't come up with anything I know of. Jesus does an excellent job with the spiritual stuff. Bless His name! So, about this time last year they had just purchased a new advanced laser machine. I guess it set them back a pretty penny, but supposed to be one of the best. The treatment was somewhat painful but my wife said it hurt much less than getting the tattoo in the first place. So the old, "no pain-no gain" statement applies here too, except it should be "no pain-no loss" for the tattoo that is.. We didn't have the funds to go back for more treatments at the time so we just thought we would go back as we could afford it. Needless to say over the span of a year, the tattoos have continued to fade nicely. We just returned a couple of days ago for another treatment. Lisa was the technician that did the treatments. She was wonderful. It's actually kind of fun to watch it work. So, I just wanted to leave a complimentary review here for those looking to remove some of their past. We are very pleased with the results. The service here is kind and professional. Thank you guys for providing these top notch services here in P town.

I met with many doctors for a consultation but Dr. Fetter and his staff really made me feel comfortable so I decided to go with him. Best decision!! They made time for me to come in and get my concerns checked and were quick to put a plan in place to resolve any complication/concern. Fetter has always made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I will definitely continue to use him, refer people to him and praise his work. My husband had basal cell carcinoma, which required a MOHS procedure, grafting skin from his forehead to his nose. Considering how unpleasant that operation is, Dr. Fetter made it a remarkably smooth experience and we can hardly see any trace of the procedure on my husband's face.
