I used to drive to various med-spas in Scottsdale every couple months for these services as I was not very happy with the professionals in the Prescott area. Someone recommended Carol to me and I am happy that I no longer have to make that commute. She is a Nurse Practitioner, her prices are very reasonable, and she is always on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in the field of anti-aging. And, she is just such a doll. Truly a kind, honest and gentle woman. Warm, yet always a true professional. Dr.Fleck told me she does not do laser hair removal. She stated she was to good for that and her time was worth more. Which I had been getting done there about 3x before. She asked me to "bend over" the table so she could see where I wanted the laser hair removal in front of the tech not even in a professional way. Like my money or self was not worth her time which she stated 3x before that. She can barely see she is so old and her hands shake like crazy. If you are not going to spend a lot of money in there then she will treat you like shit. She stated she did not need my business. I have never in my life been disrespected like that before. Jesus does an excellent job with the spiritual stuff. Bless His name! So, about this time last year they had just purchased a new advanced laser machine. I guess it set them back a pretty penny, but supposed to be one of the best. The treatment was somewhat painful but my wife said it hurt much less than getting the tattoo in the first place. So the old, "no pain-no gain" statement applies here too, except it should be "no pain-no loss" for the tattoo that is.. We didn't have the funds to go back for more treatments at the time so we just thought we would go back as we could afford it. Needless to say over the span of a year, the tattoos have continued to fade nicely. We just returned a couple of days ago for another treatment. Lisa was the technician that did the treatments. She was wonderful. It's actually kind of fun to watch it work. So, I just wanted to leave a complimentary review here for those looking to remove some of their past.
