I have, however, been dealing with what I deem inappropriate behavior and have been doing everything in my power to talk to someone about it. I have reached out to the corparate office and beleive it or not was transferred to a third party entity to report my issues. That third party is located in some thrid world nation!!!! I am to try and explain my issues with someone whose first language is not english! Let'st start there. There is also a significant delay when conversing with this individual due to internet connection or whatever the reason but it is MADDENING and unprofessional. Also, these overses agents speak from a script. There is no real conversation to be had at all. I am going to ATI's flagship location. Location #1. I am in a situation where I do not feel comfortable continuing my healing under the circumstances but I am 10 visits in. Almost $400 out of pocket is my responsibility. I am mere minutes from their Bolingbrook Corporate Office but I cannot get a phone call back from anyone. Not one soul has called me even though I was promised a phone call this past Monday 1/20. I was assured someone, Chad, perhaps would call me 100% and nothing. How is this acceptable????? I am beside myself. I did not go in today for my 12:30 scheduled appointment and no called me despite me making several attempt to call them at 630-455-6630. It just rings and rings and rings then goes to a fast busy, I also called the corporate office at (630) 296-2223. Also no answer at all. I will post this everywhere until I get a response. This is upending my recovery and care. Sad from an entity who is supposed to help with said recovery.

Most of the clientele here are truckers getting physicals, so expect some rude demeanor from them. The nurses and doctors here are helpful and nice though. Note, the TV in the lobby is way outdated and running on an antenna that barely gets signal. Maybe time for an upgrade??

Every time I go to Burr Ridge I remember about two years ago when a very insightful ENT MD…read morelistened and hypothesized my headaches/ Vertigo/balance issues were the result of Vestibular Migraines. Dr. Z asked me if I wanted to proceed with an Rx that would help if she was correct. Of course she was! We were conservative and she started with a baseline dose of 10 MG. Even 10 MG. made a difference, and at two follow up appts. she systematically increased the dosage to my maintenance level of 40 MG. I realized she could have set me up from Day One with a higher dose, even 50 MG. Capsules since taking, 1, 2, or 4 capsules at bedtime might be viewed by some as inconvenient- but her assessment and insight was right on target and the Vertigo and Migraines have been kept in check without dosing me at higher than necessary levels. I no longer have to pause and grab a wall due to Vertigo, and my ( previously untreated) Migraines are vastly improved. I now can see her once a year since I know if anything comes up I can send her/her team a message on MyLoyola to sanity check any issues. YAY!
