Being able to do everything yourself via their website sounds good, right? I've been lying to myself because it's actually been easier than I expected to service my account through my agent and her team. I bought a new car over the weekend and right afterward went online to update my policy. I didn't finish because there were so many steps and lots of information was required. I ended up calling my agent instead and everything was done within minutes... and without me having to provide all of the stuff that they were asking for online.
