Review for Urban Coast Tile, a subsidiary of Tile Market of Delaware at this address…read more Inaccurate product measurements on page resulted in a shortage of tile - customer service will not take responsibility, resulting in a shocking $400 in total shipping fees on $882 worth of tile. Drove the cost per square foot way up, delayed the project. Would have been happy with some sort of compromise for the error, but no effort at customer satisfaction attempted. As a professional home stager, my clients are always in need of a carpet cleaning company. When…read morethey tell me they are going to call the most commonly used (read: cheapest) one, I always stop them immediately. I explain to them how this company is a "turn and burn" and don't spend the time necessary to properly clean their carpets. Then, I tell them to call Marling's. They are on time, properly clean the carpets, spending time to work on stains (unlike the other place) and ensure that the client is happy before leaving. All my clients love them and I even use them for my home. They do an amazing job cleaning the rugs we use for staging and have a quick turn around time. Marling's is the only carpet cleaner we use and we recommend them several times a week.

Outstanding Service from WalTech…read more We noticed on Tuesday night that our Refrigerator (full of food) stopped cooling. Wednesday morning we started calling around. WalTech had a great rating so we decided to call. Venus was wonderful. She listened and really cared about our problem. Venus spoke to Walt about coming out that day and we set it up. Walt showed up within an hour. He was very friendly and listened to our concerns about getting it fixed before our food spoiled. Walt then diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for repair. He had the compressor and could do it right away so we happily agreed. If we could not get it fixed that day, we were ready to buy a new Refrigerator with next day delivery. We are very happy with WalTech and highly recommend them.

I bought a Groupon for "One Air Duct Cleaning with Inspection, 10 Supply Vents, One Return,…read moreSanitizer, and Deodorizer." I specifically asked for the deodorizing option as my tenant had a sick kitty that peed into a floor vent. (Yuck.) The lead worker wanted to add on $125 for cleaning another part of the system, saying that if I didn't do that, it going to be entirely clean. That's upselling if I've ever heard of it. He asked, incredulously, "Ma'am, have you ever HAD your ducts cleaned?" I said that, if fact I had. I wanted to mention that "duct cleaning has never been shown to actually prevent health problems. Neither do studies conclusively demonstrate that particle (e.g., dust) levels in homes increase because of dirty air ducts." (epa.gov) He calmed down a bit and said he was just very passionate about duct cleaning, which is not a good reason to talk down to anyone. I watched as the two workers "cleaned" the first floor vents, then went to the basement to finish up. It took all of 20 minutes. They left crumpled tape backing and other obvious debris in the basement. The brush end of the apparatus looks like a cat-of-nine-tails, instead of a big floppy brush as I'd seen others. Oh, and the smell remains... I'm not satisfied.
