I'm not sure how much lower the prices really were. The retail prices were sky high, as they typically are for oriental rugs. Prices dropped fast with some haggling. Selection was good and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did find one rug I liked but it clearly had a poorly finished edge. They negotiated aggressively to keep me there, but in the end I felt that it wasn't the right purchase. Frankly, when it's obvious the item you're buying is not perfect, it's always better if they seller agrees and offers to negotiate a bit more. This was the only place that followed up with me by phone after my visit. A worthwhile stop if shopping for a rug. Also, furniture upstairs, although I found it to be not of my taste.

I did not bargain with them as I do NOT do that. I feel the price was fair and I knew what I was shopping for. So many people have no idea what to look for, just shop by price. and they love to haggle thinking they got a bargain.
