They "thought outside the box" and worked with our backyard neighbor to plan a route that would have the least impact to our landscape and our home during the cut. They did everything so efficiently and cleaned up afterward, always checking in and being very communicative on what to expect during the process. In only a few hours, a huge tree was removed safely, with only a stump (and a few tree slices we requested as souvineirs) left behind. Was told they would be there 8:00 am, and the trucks arrived at 8:00am. As the customer, that was the start of a good experience. They removed 4 large dead trees and trimmed either 12 or 13 more.
