First part of our service (airport pickup) was great, we were contact the night before to confirm out pick up and go over the details. The second half (return to airport) did not go so well. They had put us down for the wrong date. We were not called the night before to confirm and go over the details and so we were never aware they had the wrong date. We received a call the afternoon of their scheduled pick up to be told that the driver had waited for us and we never showed up. No one tried to contact us to let us know the driver was there, only that he had waited and left. I had asked why no one had confirmed with us the night before and only was told this was our fault and we would still be charged for the service so they could pay their driver, which ended up being the full price plus tip. I will never use this company again due to their lack of customer service. read more

We utilized this company for a party of 15-18 women. They were very timely with our pick up and drop off to our event. When we arrived back home our driver allowed our boys to have a quick ride around the neighborhood! The boys felt like VIP!!!! But the best part of this review is what happened after our drop off. My wallet fell out of my purse and I didn't know until the next day. When I called, the man who answered the phone immediately made calls and found the wallet! He locked it up... not only locked up, but also sealed it in an envelope!!! I picked it up almost 2 days later and all was in tact! I really appreciate how they secured my personal item!!!! I highly recommend this company! read more

I can't say enough about the experience I've had with Action Limo! They have been so easy to work with! I think my favorite aspect is that the price quoted for the trip includes all gas, gratuities, etc. Other companies I spoke with had small clauses in their contract indicating a separate minimum tip on top of the total cost. I am so thankful for LaToyia, as she has been particularly helpful in planning and confirming all of the details. She has been available anytime I've called and always had recommendations or flexibility when it comes to planning my particular trip. Thank you Action Limo for making this an easy process! read more

Excellent service in style! Very professional, on time and thanks to Vanessa's contacts with industry elite no wait lines for vip at the clubs. Was stressing that wouldn't have enough time or be rushed to go to a restaurant and 3 clubs, but thanks to the drivers knowledge about the route and the vip connections at the clubs we had plenty of time hassle free and made it home on time in style. The A1 VIP customer service and the super stretch limo were unparalleled. Would recommend and use again for sure. 100% read more

I had the best experience with this company, I have be in a corporate job where I constantly have to travel out of state so I often get town car pick ups and drop off service. I have switched companies a few times because they have either made me late of the driver was rude and unprofessional, but Action Limo is always early and they double check everything to avoid mix ups. I gave them the wrong time one my flight and they caught it and rearranged the pick up time so I would not miss it. I was impressed. read more

After having dinner at Kim Son Cafe, it was a relief to know there was a limo company hired to drive us home after a great party, it was a little after 11:00 pm one of the girls had lost her ear ring while moving around inside the limo and it was not till the next day till we got a call that the driver found it while cleaning. it is refreshing to know that there is an honest and reliable company, that you trust with your guests in private parties. thanks we will definitely use u in the future. read more
