The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Already emotionally and financially strained--in the middle of relocating from Chicago and waiting for relocation assistance--I was devastated.
