For instance, they quoted me ~$470 for a battery swap, which is absurd when you consider that a battery costs ~$200 with free replacement at AutoZone (while they quoted me $165 for labor for a 5 minute job). Additionally, for all of the other work they quoted me for, they were $400-600 over market and in one instance ~$800 over market, which is way too much. Perhaps it's because I'm a young guy, and I often give an impression of ignorance, but regardless, even if that were the case, that should be an opportunity to teach and lead, not an opportunity to take advantage of somebody for monetary gain. After consideration, I feel as if 2 stars are warranted. Especially in this industry, honesty and integrity are everything, and in this financial climate, an attempt to take advantage of one's clients lacks integrity and honesty in my estimation. What I was happy with was the thoroughness of inspection, the ease of access to mechanic notes, and the whole process in general. This is very good and top notch. But that does not in any way warrant what they quoted me for
