I've used their services 3 times now and each time felt like I was driving a new car! The first two times they cleaned my Niessan Versa. For that car I bought the cheapest package interior/exterior.. Last week I brought in my old Mustang which had a foul moldy odor from water leaking in. I bought a package which involved deodorizing and extensive detailing. I couldn't be happier with the service! These guys are friendly and professional. I started going to them after the Bloomingdale turtle wax closed down. Turtle wax place never even came close to what these guys do. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! Ray, Curt and rest of the staff at Action Auto Detailing Center are the BEST. This was my first time coming here. I brought my 2007 Pontiac G6 GT Convertible yesterday for exterior and interior detailing. The car hasn't looked this good in a long time. I also had my dad's interior of his 2002 Acura and exterior of my 2011 Mazda CX9 done. When i took Dads car to him, he was like a kid seeing fireworks for first time. The Mazda has metallic blue paint and now sparkles in sun light. It makes no sense to take your car anywhere but here. read more

I don't feel like the business deserves one star as the lady who answers the phone was nothing but sincere and nice gentleman who detailed the car was sincere and nice. I drop my car off they had it all day from 9 AM to 6 PM. I paid $110 to have my car detailed on the interior only. At this price I was expecting a lot considering they were adding/offering Groupon's for $149 for an entire car detailing inside and out. I went back to pick up my car I did the walk around with the gentleman who detailed it in the car looked good but once I got it home and did further inspection I noticed that the dog foot prints were still visible on the front seat which are cloth and that there was still dirt and some of the floorboards near the tracks of the seats. From my understanding they were supposed to shampoo the seats and the carpets for this price and there is no possible way the seats were shampooed if the dog which is a 15 pound small lapdog foot prints were still there. Also I visited my sister and her dogs shed and I had some dog hair on my clothes from her house and some of the dog hair was still on the seats after the detailing. Going to the back of the car in the hatch when open the sill plate for the back hatch still had some salt residue on it from where I had put my suitcase in over the winter they were not scuffs or marks they were just salt residue and it was still there. I have high expectations I know but I've had cars detailed for years and had better service at lower cost. I did call them and talked to the office the next day she said that they would redo the car but at this point I just didn't want them to do anything else. Call to schedule appointment....may wait 2 weeks +, so plan ahead. Bring car in at 9am...pick up just before 6pm...unless they call you to let you know it's available earlier. Picked up just before 6pm....CAR WAS VERY WELL CLEANED AND WAXED. This is not a boutique service...their business seems to be more geared towards detailing dealership cars. Staff was Freindly. Location was a little out of the way for just about everyone, again plan ahead for getting picked up when you drop off your vehicle. Despite having the car nicely detailed on the inside, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have some items in my car that I did not see once the car was returned to me. I called about 10-15 to make an appointment and could not get anyone to pick up. I charger was left on top of the car when the individual pulled out. I had no choice but to use them since I bought a Groupon, but I'm just letting everyone know that this place is NO GOOD. DO NOT GO!!! read more

Took my wife's car to the shop after calling and scheduling an appointment for 9:00am for their platinum package. I met with Kurt there who informed me I can pick up my car by 3:30 PM. I was called at 11:30 am letting me know the car is ready for the pick up. When we arrived to pick up the car I can see there was nothing done to the car. I can still see the floor was dirty and dry so no shampoo was used to clean the carpet. The trunk was still dirty. We pointed out everything and Kurt said he will clean it again. Called him again at 3:30 PM and was told car is ready and when I arrived again. The car was better but still not shampooed the glove compartment was still dirty. The cup holder was still dirty. Which Kurt ended up cleaning in for of us but I shouldn't have to point it out to him because it's their job to detail my entire car and not what I pointed out to them. I will not be returning here with any future business and will go some place else. read more

My car looks brand new! I didn't think they'd get the stains out of the seats but when I looked in they were all gone. Definitely the best detailing experience I've had so far. 10/10 would recommend. I brought my car to Action Auto Detailing for an interior only cleaning because of the 5 star reviews on here. I'm giving one star because the woman that returned my call to schedule the appointment was very polite and professional. As far as the work they did on the vehicle the only thing they actually cleaned was the driver and passenger front seats and the front floorboard. They didn't touch the dashboard, the center console, the back seat or the floorboard in the back. I'm shocked they were OK with giving me back my car in this condition. Do yourself a favor and take your car someplace else as this place DOES NOT CARE!! read more
