I showed up two weeks later and again the same problem occurred. No phone call or text to let me know. It is not like I live one mile away so it was another wasted trip. Never had the opportunity to evaluate their actual body and paint restoration.

Back in June 2020 someone backed into me, went to S&S to get it repaired. Had full trust in them…read moreonly for them to Jerry rig everything that went wrong with it. First I found out that they ordered a brand new front energy absorber, but put the old broken one back in. Second, they used some kind of plastic welding on my headlight bracket instead of doing it correctly. That makes the bumper and headlights sit wrong. Third, the bumper isn't even attached to the car. It's semi bolted, and not even clipped in. Fourth, there is still broken car pieces sitting in the bottom of my engine. The repair shot I went to recently to get it looked at also believes they re-used one of the old headlights when they ordered two new ones, both of which cost $900 each. I do not recommend, unless you want a jerry rigged car.I have been in contact with the insurance company and they are taking care of it.

Waited two weeks and nobody called. So I went back in to see what was up. When I told them that I had not heard back the manager looked up my estimate and then said that the person who should have called was no longer employed there. He then told me he would call me the next day with everything. It has been a week, and I have yet to receive a call. If they are so busy then maybe they might inform me of that, and then my time and theirs is not wasted. So I took my business elsewhere.
