I have had my wrecked vehicle…read moreparked at Fitz's Autobody in Lolo for 8 months ( August 2022 - today) and he has done nothing to it but take the hood and fenders off. After that he has let it sit behind his shop letting the engine and parts weather in the snow and sun, further damaging my vehicle. When I parked my car (2011 Subaru legacy) at Fitz's Autobody, Shawn told me it would take two weeks to fix the damages. I gave him $5,500.00 "to order parts" and to date and he has done nothing to my car. He will not give me a time to come get my keys so I can take it to someone else and he ignores any attempt to give me my money back. I have made multiple attempts!! I have been very patient. Apparently he is going to make this a difficult process for me. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else! I have posted photos if you would like to see the communication between Shawn and I. The first text stating it would take two weeks was in October 2022, the second time in February 2023 and I still don't have my car in May 2023. Very unprofessional! I spoke to the owner of his place of business today and he is being evicted for failure to pay rent. He apparently no longer has a shop to do business and his quotes are not trust worthy.
