She learns your name, and encourages you to push yourself to be better, and be stronger. She also demonstrates multiple levels of each posture to help out the not so flexible (yours truly). The class is only 45 minutes, but it usually runs a few minutes longer as the instructor delivers a thorough cool down. Bring a mat! Sometimes they run out. Pilates classes are monday and wednesday at 3:00pm
