It's a good thing that the string art class is significantly smaller than the terrarium class, because there is A LOT of hammering. I love that the class is BYOB, and my favorite thing was the fact that if you don't finish in time, they send you home with extra string. I definitely needed it. The experience: It's a good offering for the price, you get to have the whole experience which is fun & creative and you get to leave with something. You pick your container from their options when you first walk in (we picked one large container and then 3 small containers) and then you get either 3 small succulents or 1 large and 1 small succulents (which are more than enough to fit in your containers) they had a variety of colored moss, color rocks, and some cute little decor items (or bring your own). Overall, it's a great price, great experience and you can customize it as much or little as you like. We can't wait to go back!

Some can't paint the painting to look like the 'model' painting and aren't helpful with technique. It's a crap shoot based on who you get. They are all nice. I was there 2 days ago, and the experience was fun with my group. Today I am so disappointed. My niece and I were so excited to do the Eiffel Tower painting because we've just been to Paris together, and the silhouettes in the painting look like us. We've been telling everyone we were doing it and have been planning for 3 weeks. At 2:00 today they let me know not enough people signed up and they canceled the class. We are so bummed. Maybe they wouldn't have made a lot of money tonight, but they lost all of our future business. I'm sadly looking for new places to paint.

We left with the impression that we would receive a follow-up email explaining how to use the package and, more importantly, that there was no time limit on when we could use the classes. Months later, when I came back to use the remaining classes, I was told the package was no longer valid. This was never clearly communicated to us at the time of purchase. The classes themselves are alright, but not the best value. What really bothered us was how the situation was handled we felt misled and, frankly, scammed by the owner. Clear communication and honesty go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

We were given a short intro and instructions and then let loose to be as creative as we liked. At the end you're lead to a table to put your masterpiece in a 'wet paint box', you go clean up in a section in the back then walk back to the front to claim your box. It was a cool experience and our new artwork will make its debut on the living room wall when fully dry! I would definitely come back and try the other rooms and activities they have available.
