He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. I didn't feel like she was simply trying to "sell" a product or project. The installers, gentlemen all, were professional, respectful to my needs, friendly and punctual with the scheduled appointment time.
