The phone would turn yellow orange on the screen and the pages I'd be in would not change when I wanted them too. It happened on Day 1 of owning the phone. I then went back to Costco to this third rate stand and they told me that I had to keep calling to see when a phone would come in like mine. I kept calling and calling but no luck. I finally asked them if they could order it but they said no. Finally an employee of Costco told me that they almost never get the 256 gb in. Then I got really frustrated! I had fallen and torn my meniscus in January (not at Costco) and recently had so much pain I had to get a cortisone shot but was to stay off my feet for a few days. I sent a family member in to take my phone back. Now on Costco's receipt it says you can return the phone in 90 days. But the 3rd party cell phone seller said Verizon only gives 14 days so I was out of luck. I then called Verizon and after talking to them for an hour they agreed to not charge me the last $200 left owing on the phone. So I send my family member in and the girl says the phone has a slight nick on it. Well, she must have put it on there then since it was not there when my family member took it in. They refused to give me back the $1300 that I had paid for the phone or refused to take it back. What an outfit. On Monday I will call Costco since it was their merchandise I bought and see if I can't get it settled with them. I can tell you this I will never buy from Wireless Advocates ever again. They are shady and try anything to get out of doing right by their customers to keep their money. What am I supposed to do with 2 phones? Costco knew from Day 1 as well as Wireless Advocates that the phone was damaged. It was okay to exchange the phone but not get my money back because they would loose the sale.so even if there was a nick on the phone I got the phone damaged and they knew it. Plus I did not put a nick in it. Ok I have a new update for this business. I went to Costco corporate in Los Angeles and spoke with Lisa who contacted the district supervisor P J. He was very nice and very quickly handled the problem by sending an email to the kiosk and ordering they take back the phone. He and Lisa are people of their word. Although I probably would never buy from them again I upgraded their rating from a 1 to a 4. All you can ask is for a company to make it right and Costco got me to the supervisor of the kiosk to get it taken care of to my satisfaction. Some of you might have a better experience but make sure you are made aware of not only the kiosks rules but your wireless companies rules. They would great in taking care of the problem though.
