We…read morehad the entire ladies side of the bridal party, including moms, get hair and makeup done, and it was impeccable. I'd choose them again every time! Perhaps most importantly, the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was COMPLETELY and TOTALLY comfortable with the services that I, as the bride, was going to receive. They sent me images of the work that the artists assigned to my wedding had done, allowed me to get another makeup trial for free, when I wasn't 100% vibing with my original (just because of my personal style - the work was quality). Big shoutout to Michele Neal (@MicheleNealHair on Instagram) for truly the bridal hair of my dreams that lasted all night, and for being just the warmest and most reassuring presence. I would choose her a million times over and over again to do my bridal hair. She is a true professional! Shoutout also to Meghan who not only did an amazing job with my makeup, but also gave me great tips after my trial to make sure my skin was prepped for perfect application on the day. I really appreciated how she was able to give me exactly what I wanted...and then make some color corrections when "exactly what I wanted" was a little too gold! Your patience is saintly, Meghan. Finally, thank you to Gena who is the administrative coordinator who helps organize all the bridal crews. Gena, you were kinder than I ever could've reasonably expected and helped me to be so confident going into my big day. Endless appreciation!! [Photo credits below: 1. Two hours before my hair appointment. I received a call and was told they can't do my type of hair and that I need to go Uptown. How horrible to talk to someone like this and I booked the reservation 1 week in advance so they had plenty of time to read my notes. I've been to many salons on the UES and they were able to do my hair. I am disgusted at the tone of the hair salon manager that called me. There was no apology or anything. I now have to scramble to find another location as I am leaving for my flight tomorrow morning. Please treat people who have different hair nicely. This is a very unprofessional hair salon.
