When I ordered it clearly stated 3 items left. I can't help to think the store worker took the worst package off the shelf to sell me. I'm not happy with the price as well. The $17 item ended up costing me $35 in added fees. Buyer beware! It's a risk if you buy online from this Walmart. I'm not happy. I did not take the item back as we were pressed for time. I ended up going to another store to buy a nicer gift. I'll take the item out of the box, clean it and donate it.

We live in Texas and our prescription in Texas costs us $48 for a 30 day supply. For some reason, Walmart evidently doesn't stay consistent with pricing for drugs across state lines, because this location was going to charge us $1200 for the same prescription! We talked with both pharmacy's, this one and ours back home and no one had any explanation for it other than it could be a different supplier. We asked just to get a 3 day supply so we could finish the visit and refill when we got back home, but they still wanted to charge us $1200 for just 3 pills. This is ridiculous. Seems Walmart pharmacy in New Mexico has fallen into the medical for profit trap, where the patient is less important.

I went in yesterday for some basics and I needed 6 x 32 gig SD cards. I got the basics first and then went for the SD cards. It took a while to find them and the clerk was no help, walking around with her nose attached to her phone. The 32 gig cards were all the way at the bottom of the display. I picked one up and looked at it to see if it was the right one. It was so I grabbed the other 5 and went to the front checkout. I checked out and one of the cards scanned twice so I didnt scan one of the last cards. I paid and checked the receipt to make sure I paid for all the cards but I noticed that they were not all the same cards. I needed micros and there were full size cards on the receipt. The guy at the checkout directed me to go to customer service and they would fix it. I took the cards to the customer service and the clerk there refunded me for the two cards but he told me I needed to take the rest back and have the security tags removed. So I did. I got to the desk in electronics and the clerk was helping another customer so I waited. The clerk finished with that customer and stuck her nose back into the phone and walked past me even though I was at the register. I had to yell HeLLO to get her attention and she said sorry I didn't see you. I explained that I needed the security tags removed and handed her the cards and the receipt. She looked at the receipt and said that one of the cards was not on the receipt. Low and behold the card that double scanned was on the receipt and one of the cards I needed was not. So she refused to remove the tag off one of my cards and I had not gotten a refund for the third wrong card that had scanned twice. So there was a brief argument trying to explain what happened. I had picked up the two cards that I needed and I had told her that I needed to pay for those two but she acted like I was stealing the third card because it wasn't on the receipt. I was getting mad. I pushed back the two that I needed to buy to her and took the cards I had paid for to the service desk and tried hain the explain what had happened to the clerk. She too kept asking why the card that still had the tag was not on the reciept. I finally just told her to refund the whole thing which she didnt seem to want to because the card with the tag wasn't on the reciept. She finally went over and grabbed one of the wrong cards which I had previously returned. Anyhow I felt insulted and frustrated that I could not easily resolve the situation. I'm done with that walmart store and will drive the extra 25 miles to another store If I go to walmart at all. The catalist were, wrong cards being mixed with right cards, a double scan of a wrong card, having to go back to have the security tags removed, an very inattentive clerk, treating me like a thief because ine of the cards was not scanned because of a double scan, and just basically not listening to what I was saying. I wont be back.

This is usually our go-to pharmacy in Juarez. There's been a couple of others I've gone to but this…read moreone stands out for me. The customer service here is always great. We usually deal with the same pharmacist, an older male. I wish I knew his name but I don't. He's usually the only one who's there. He's very helpful on which products I should buy. He knows and understands some English. We speak to him in Spanish since it's easier to communicate with him. I came here with my mom a few weeks ago to get antibiotics for a toothache. The meds are always cheaper here than in El Paso. I also had to get some pain/fever reducer and another medicine my dentist prescribed. It was $36 and change for 3 or 4 different prescriptions. My mom also got some wrinkle reducer elixir of some kind for $15. That's a steal for this kind of product. The best part about this pharmacy is...they give you a few mini empanadas every time you buy something! They're always delicious and taste fresh. The empanadas are usually pineapple. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why we come here. They're a little treat to snack on as you wait on the bridge to cross back over to El Paso. Oh and another good thing is...they take American money and even have change for it. That's pretty rare in Juarez. Usually when you pay with American dollars, they'll give you your change in pesos. Most places won't take a U.S. credit or debit card. If they do, they'll charge you a huge fee to use it. It's best to have U.S. dollars or go to an exchange place. The exchange places are all over the place! We'll be back to this pharmacy for sure!

The "Head Pharmacist", has God…read moresyndrome, and due to his elevated ego and their comprised lies, I ended up in the ER in withdrawals and had to get medication ordered through the ER to get enough to tide me over until Walmart graciously filled it and took my money. They lied about not receiving scripts sent by my doctor. They've lied about having medication ordered and then when we go to pick it up, it has MIRACULOUSLY disappeared!! A 2 1/2 hour drive for us and we are in our late 60's!!!! They lie to cover their incompetence and try to blame your doctor. I, personally, will avoid that pharmacy and their whole whole rotten attitudes. I've NEVER seen a pharmacy run like this!!! I have NEVER seen such a rude and hateful Pharmacist!!!!! I also notice WalMart NEVER reaches out to bad complaints. Know why? BECAUSE THEY'RE SO BIG THEY DON'T GIVE ONE RATS......TURD about ANYONE they serve. If you make "J" mad, he will tell you HE "will no longer fill YOUR prescriptions". Let's see how Walmartethics.com handles my complaint. Gave my FULL name because the next step is an attorney!!!!! We are driving an extra hour just to ditch that crappy place!!!!
