This shop is fabulous!…read more I met the owner Mike who showed us around and told us all about his shop and how he's happy to match online furniture prices and make anything you can find in sizes that custom fit your house. Fantastic. He finds antiques or makes new pieces from reclaimed wood and can pretty much make anything you'd like. There are pre-made items inside for sale or you can commission something. Also some cool decorative items all throughout. He was very engaging and passionate and had a fabulous dog crate we looked at he just built that was gorgeous and multi functional. Follow Instagram for the latest updates and new pieces!

Had to cancel our contract with them. First 4 years they were great, technician always asked us…read moreif/and where we were having any issues with insects or rodents. Would address issues and spray/treat home accordingly and very thoroughly. Fast forward this last year we have a new technician and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. No communication at all, says he was at the house and treated but there were bugs everywhere, even saw a rat for the first time, never treated the inside either. I truly believe the technician was half assing his responsibilities and did a horrible job if he even sprayed anything.. brought this up with the company and the response was offering is $10 off our monthly bill. I don't care about $10 I wanted our house to be sprayed/treated the way it's supposed to be. If I was the business owner I would of went out to the home and addressed the situation with the homeowner and would have wanted to see what we were complaining about. None of that happened. Piss poor way to treat a customer of 5 years who has never brought up any other issues than the one just listed.

So far they've came out twice since I signed up for the monthly sprays and it has really cut down on the amount of pests in my yard. They also took down a wasps nest in my shed and sprayed so they wouldn't come back. Included in the monthly package they also spray the inside if you're having a pest issue. The gentleman who came out removed his shoes prior to entering my home which you dont see too often. I could not recommend them enough!

We have had a large B and H awning since August 2022 and have had no issues with it. It has been…read moregreat in shading our vehicles in the back yard, also known as "the concrete inferno". The awning's remote control is the same kind as the ones for our indoor windows shades. The button batteries in it are VERY common and easily found! It is very simple to change them. Hence the previous review was surprising and difficult to believe.. Our awning has been very reliable. The automatic retraction feature when there is a strong wind has worked well. There is nothing about our awning about which we are unhappy! We will get the awning serviced soon for the winter. We do think that the cost for this service is a bit high, but worthwhile to maintain the functionally of the awning.

Pete's crew did a great job on some very dirty carpet. We hired them to work on an empty house…read morebefore we moved in. The carpet was so bad. Ground-in greasy stains everywhere, black dirt trails in the high traffic lanes, and some dog tinkle in a few small places. Some other company had allegedly worked on it beforehand, but it didn't look like they had made any difference. We chose Chem-Dry because we liked their natural/nontoxic soaps, and also because they don't flood the carpet with gallons of water. It's berber, so we wanted to keep the water to minimum. Everyone we spoke with at Chem-Dry was super nice. They arrived on time the next morning. They were friendly, organized, and professional. It was a fun, comfortable afternoon with some great guys who truly seemed to care. They stayed for a long time until they got it perfect. Our carpet was dry by next morning, and the stains did not return. Here we were thinking the carpet had to be trashed, but Chem-Dry literally saved it, good as new. It was absolutely worth every dollar.
