Randy had also given me a similar message, my car was in a safe place and it would be better to just leave it, but he was more informative of my options and I really appreciated this. When I later received a phone call from the sheriff's office saying that I needed to move my car from the road so that they could plow it, I called Randy. He was able to quickly meet me and was adaptable to safely move my car, despite challenges of it being snowed and frozen in. He also gave us COVID-safe tailgate rides to the car and back to our home after parking it. Finally, Randy secured a safe place for us to park the car until the snow melts. Randy offers knowledgeable, professional service. He has all of the appropriate equipment for road towing and we are thankful that we found him so quickly! It is notable that this is not a flatbed towing service, so there are limitations of what can be towed through Hercules. But, there are maneuverability benefits to non-flatbed towing. If we ever find ourselves in need of towing (hopefully not for a long time), we will certainly be calling this company. Thank you for your help!

The entire trunk was smashed forward, and the back window blown all over my front lawn. I was not home at the time and found it was already towed when I got home. I am grateful that D & D was called to take her away. I went down to the tow yard and met Jared and Morgan who had towed it. Their compassion and assistance helping me excavate my belongings during this heartbreaking time was comforting. A few days later I met with them again to remove my aftermarket stereo and even though I brought my own tools, they jumped right in and their expertise and additional tools saved the day! I am forever grateful for their friendy, compassionate and superior service taking care of me during this unexpected and trying time. Be safe and stay well out there. There are kids and pets outside. We aren't positive how we made him angry but he claimed when I spoke with him that we "rode his ass" and we are thus deserving of him verbally abusing me and my friend who was driving, cursing at me and otherwise being incredibly disrespectful. When I called his business I spoke with the woman who answers the phone who was polite. When I called the "owner" I said "Jeremy, are you driving in front of us right now?" He immediately began cursing and yelling at me. I feel as though this man is unpredictable and all we saw was rage in his face. I called to calmly deal with the issue as he blew his top. On top of that, he is the one who sped around us at an unsafe speed and yelled through his window at us for a while (this is how we realized he was angry with us) To our knowledge in the 3 minutes we had been on the road we were never behind a white work truck, and considering how irrational and erratic he was behaving I feel this is a issue that others thinking of using this business should be aware of.
