Purchased a washing machine that is currently 8 days old. First day I washed 2 loads, and…read moreeverything was fine. Started a load 6 days later and water was leaking from the dispenser drawer and control panel as well as leaking from the bottom of the door (front end loader). The machine also has multiple load selections; however, several of them to not work at all. Contacted Lowes today and got bounced around for nearly 30 minutes. I was told they would not replace the defective machine they sold me, because I do not have their store credit card. So, be aware you cannot pay in cash, or use another credit card when making purchases with Lowes if you want them to be accountable for selling defective appliances. I also did not ask for my money back, I simply asked them to give me another machine, and we would bring the defective machine back to them. They made it very clear they are not interested in reconciling this issue.

Brightly lit, clear aisles, lots of merchandise with prices displayed. Tools, light, medium and heavy equipment, trailers, more tools, safety equipment, you name it. If it goes in a garage or it fits into or behind a repair truck, they likely have it here! The two-cycle gas generator is definitely at the top of my list. I opened the package last week to use it for the first time and light didn't work. I took it back to the store in Bismarck and wanted to exchange it for a new one. The Very RUDE RUDE store manager told me it has a 90 day warranty and I was past my 90 day warranty from when I bought it by a few days and he walked away. I tried to tell him, I only opened it last week and it doesn't stay on. He said again 90 days as he was walking away. I told him I have been a customer since the store opened and I will NEVER step foot in a harbor freight store again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
