Very poor will not recommend anyone going to the Acme in Somers Point. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life!! I sent an email but for some reason the email was cut off, I did get a response from a woman named Jessica stating that she did receive my email however she didn't understand it could I please send it again with more detail. I re wrote the email and I sent it and trust me it wasn't a nice one and I haven't heard back from Jessica since. Just goes to show that if you were asked to write or hear your opinion and they don't like what you say they don't respond and that is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I am going to forward my email to my congressman my senator n the Better Business Bureau and post all over social media wherever I can. Not only is there a pandemic going on in the world and there are very limited essential stores open at this time n the ones that are open you should not have to be treated disrespectful! It's ok though , I'm just glad I got a chance to actually see for myself what ppl were saying about this particular Acme. You can rest assure I will NEVER shop at this store again!! NEVER!! There are a bunch of kids working there who have no idea how to deal with customers n have no business being in charge. I mean who knows, that's just what they say when you ask to speak with a manager!! If in fact these children under the age of 19 are supervisors or managers they need to be trained ! No one should be trained on how to speak to ppl with respect, it should come natural. I'm sure this will get be no where n that's fine it makes me feel better that I got it out in the public eye!! I'm looking underneath my email saying that the review was looking pretty nice, pretty epic, apparently it's a robot a computer generated operation OK well whoever is reading this train stay for clear from the Acme in Somers point. One last thing , an employee stole my husbands cell phone right out in the public eye, n when questioned he tree who hands up
acting as if he could care less!!! read more
