This Walmart location was convenient and had plenty of parking. The store was also adequately stocked with the items I needed. I stopped in to grab a few things while staying a few miles away in Atlantic City, and it was easy to get in and out. The only downside was the customer service--it could have been better. Fraud with delivery service. Order never delivered. Walmart refuses refund. I am out $80. I spent hours trying to resolve. Was told basically store was too busy to deliver the order and I shouldn't place delivery orders around the first of the month due to issues with public assistance! I visited Walmart for the post-Christmas sale and everything was discounted by 75%. There was a huge selection of items and I felt like I was participating in a shopping spree game. I took photos of my great finds and the cashier was patient as I checked out with a large number of items, even though there were lines. In the past, I had only shopped at Target, but this time there were hardly any sale items left. Inside the store, you'll find a Subway, which is convenient for getting lunch and shopping at the same time. This saves time and allows you to have more fun. The store has restrooms and parking, as well as a self-checkout option. One improvement that could be made is providing larger bags for customers. I am beyond frustrated with what happened at walmart today in mayslanding. I was in the self checkout line with my grandchildren the woman who was patroling the self checkout told me to go to register 18. Mind you I didnt have a lot at all a few cat food items and some candy for the kids she walked over to me and told me this is only for 15 items i said you was the one who told me to go over to register 18. I said I didnt just walk over here. She had an attitude i dont know who the hell she thought she was dealing with i said what do you want me to do move she said do what you want very rude. I walked up to customer service and spoke to the front end manager. I work with the public as a matter of fact I worked for wamart 30 years ago. I have never nor spoke to anyone the way this person spoke to me. This is the worst Walmart in the country. I went into the store when they were first open. I couldn't believe that the shelves were messy and not stocked. I went in again giving it another chance months later, it was worse and you couldn't find a single employee to cut fabric or even ask a question. That was about 9 months ago. This Walmart , a grocery & regular Walmart combo in EHT, is pretty clean, newish and well stocked as of this writing. It could be the holidays though. Used self check and there were three attendants working on one broken check stand. I found what I came for and looked at a few other things. Their clearance aisle had a ton of merchandise. Best Walmart ever. I was casual shopping for some boat supplies at this Wal-Mart. I must have looked like I needed help. Five different Wal-Mart employees from a man loading inventory to a clerk in the pharmacy helped me locate different items. I asked a question and each team member offered help looked up info on their personal computer gadget gave me the exact location of the product. I hate writing horrible reviews, but for the sake of quality improvement, I need to share my experience for Walmart grocery pickup at this location. I have done pick up about 8 times total and in the past I've had an item or two missing or out of stock - which is no biggie compared to the positive experiences I've had. Tonight was a different story. I went to pick up my 6-7pm grocery pick up and when I checked in, I noticed almost everything I needed was out of stock. When the associate came out to load my bags, I asked him if I could cancel the order and he said "no problem I totally get it, there's a lot out of stock!" I thanked him and then I realized I had no proof I cancelled the order with him, so I called the store. After waiting on hold a few minutes and no answer I just went inside the Walmart to customer service. I got inside around 7 pm. The woman at CS was so pleasant and sweet but it took almost an hour to get someone from OGP or management to assist me. The associate kept apologizing and calling management over the intercom (like 10 times total) but I told her not to sweat it. Finally, after an hour of waiting, the OGP manager Nikki came up to me and I told her that my Walmart app still said that my order was waiting for pick up. I explained that there was a charge on my credit card for 145.00 and I wanted either something in writing or some thing assuring that I made this cancellation. She very quickly said there's nothing I can give you, I can't cancel the order so you're going to have to either wait till tomorrow, go online or call the one 800 number. I said that was fine and it is exactly what I did. In less than nine minutes the gentleman I spoke to cancelled my order. For the sake of attempting to streamline service for future customers it would be nice if this feedback was shared that way all the Walmart associates can be on the same page. This information should've been given to me when the associate said he was canceling my order. I sat around for like an hour and 20 minutes to be told I needed to call an 800 number. It's no-one specifically at the stores fault, but definitely a training opportunity. If this review can help anyone, if you have an issue with a Walmart online grocery order, save yourself a lot of time and Aggravation and call 1-800-925-6278. This location would benefit greatly from more managers and more education on the return process for online grocery. This is my only time having a bad experience and I will probably give it another shot in the future but I felt like this needed to be shared. read more

I ordered delivery. I fully expected my grocery order to be late so I picked a morning delivery time, 10a-11am. It's now 9pm and my groceries have not arrived. I had read other reviews before heading to this Walmart but I thought it couldn't possibly be as nasty as some shoppers described. Sorry to report but those negative reviews were right on the money! Most of the shelves were a mess. Had there been a crowd of small children playing "throw everything all over the place?" Heaps of smushed boxes in aisles? I have never seen the likes of this in any store unless they were selling out. Shopping here was a disappointing event! I can get my favorite gluten-free pizza and wraps here. When it comes to the frozen organic veggies, they are not always stocked so I bulk buy when they are. It's affordable! This is one way Walmart can improve for me as a customer. Also, I try NOT to buy organics wrapped up in unnecessary plastic packaging (cucumbers, squash, peppers). I don't appreciate being repeatedly asked by the dim-witted girl at the exit if I paid for the $79.99 air fryer when it was RIGHT THERE on the receipt! She argued with me! It's so ridiculous when I personally have observed other customers conveniently NOT scanning steaks and detergent at the self checkout lines. Well it's been a while since I made a complaint. So bear with me here's my complaint. About 11 days ago I had ordered something off of Walmart online. I waited a week after for them to send the item that I had placed an order for. They told me that they were waiting for my payment to be cleared. Strangely it was taken from my PayPal account. So I canceled my order. I then ordered the same item off of eBay they had sent the item the next day. As for Walmart I waited for them to refund my money. 5 days later. I Contacted them. They said that it will take 10 days. Well it's been 11 days now. And they never refunded my money. So I'm just posting this Here and Now for other people to learn from my mistake. Do not order anything from Walmart online. Chances are they are not going to refund your money. Especially if you order through PayPal. I already file a complaint with the federal government concerning this. I will never see that money ever again. But at least they have my complaint filed with them if this ever happens to another poor soul. To those who work in Walmart. I apologize to you. But as far as I'm concerned your company is crooked. And I heard that it might be facing bankruptcy soon. Sorry but it deserves it. Again I apologize for this complaint. I just wanted to get it off my chest. This is a good Walmart. It's clean and the lines are exactly what you would expect at Walmart. Most of the time the reason LINES are so LONG is because you have customers that hold the lines up. The prices on the shelf are different because customers touch stuff and put them back in the wrong space. Both this Walmart and the new one are horrible. Not just that the stores are trashed and usually not stocked no mater what time or day you go but a lot of the employees either don't care about their job or think they are gods gift to Walmart. Apparently they are having issues with theft of not bagged items and have people "check" receipts at certain parts of the day. I just spent near 45min in 1 or 3 open lines to buy some groceries and have a fussing infant and your employees want to harass me and follow me about looking at my receipt. You should probably have your cashiers actually look at the carts to see if it's empty instead of have someone standing at the door assuming I stole something that I paid for. Was excited to have a Walmart closer, thinking that this location would be different. but this store is extremely disappointing. As we went to check out, they closed most lines and only had three open. They also shut down the left side of self check out before it was even 9pm WHILE PEOPLE WERE STILL IN LINE and turned them away. They had to wait in yet another line. Who knows how long they were waiting before that. In the meantime, the right side was still open but had about 15 people in that line alone that were waiting to check out. There had to be at least 50 people waiting in these three lines and I just find that absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, we decided to leave our merchandise there and left. read more

OMG!!!! BEST WALMART EVER!!!!!! can you believe that they actually look at you when you walk in here!!!!!! every other walmart they don't even look. OMG OMG OMG and the security truck that rides around and double parks makes me feel sooooooo safe!! one time, i was in the parking lot trying to pull out and then the security truck turned the corner super fast and slammed on its brakes blocking me in. all of a sudden, i heard two loud bangs and people screaming!! then the truck skrrrrrrted off and i did too. i don't even wanna know what those wonderful noises were D: okay but i also like when it says on the website that it has something i want in stock and then when i go there they tell me that they've been sold out for weeks! that is my favorite because then i end up buying everything else that i don't need!!!! I wish I could rate lower!!! This was so nasty! Not busy at all but zero carts in the store they are all over the parking lot so I found one with 4 items in it just setting one of the many I removed the 4 items and the door greeter yelled at me and told me the cart guy did not do his job yet so I should go get carts and not remove items from an abandoned cart! I explained to the man I do not work there and he does and he needed to go get carts! And then I walked around to get my items and WOW! this place was so dirty it should be shut down! Opened milk spoiled just setting on a shelf freezers leaking all over the floor stocked items not even open just thrown in the freezer so much food opened and put back on the shelves but the worker in the front was concerned about me taking the cart! lots of other things he could and should have Ben doing!
