I am truly grateful for Richard Alexander, the owner of Visions of the Sea! If you are looking for…read morea reliable person to maintain, rebuild or create your dream aquarium who is extremely knowledgeable and a person with experience of 4 decades with all sorts of underwater creatures, Richard is the absolute perfect person to maintain your tank! After a series of heartbreaking experiences with other aquarium maintenance companies, which caused all of my 35 fish to die repeatedly, losing easily over 150 very expensive fish during a 3 year period, I am so relieved to have found Visions of the Sea! My 500 gallon tank has only remained crystal clear with Richard! Moreover, almost all the other companies will send you a non English speaking, temporarily hired help to maintain your beloved tank regularly. Yes initially, the owner or a very knowledgeable representative will appraise the monthly serving charge, but soon after it's the less expensive hired help who actually does the servicing. At Visions of the Sea, it is only Richard who manages and maintains the tank! The wonderful aspect with this, is that there is never any miscommunication from week to week! With Richard, my aquarium remains consistently clear and all of my sea creatures remain happily ALIVE! Once you finally hired Visions of the Sea for your aquatic maintenance needs, you will never choose to look elsewhere! In addition, Richard is so humble, that you'll never see him asking anyone to write a great review on Yelp, like the other aquarium servicing companies! He's just an honest business owner who truly makes the time to care for each and everyone of his clients! In conclusion, if you are looking for a quality aquarium maintenance company located in southern Nevada, that charges the absolute least price for servicing, with an owner who takes great pride in keeping his clients happy, Visions of the Sea with the owner Richard Alexander will be your dream come true! After all, I should know, because he's been maintaining my tank still after 7 years!!!

Trust Justin! We had…read moreissues with out tank and honestly we've neglected it (long story). Flooring was done in the house, tank was moved and issues followed immediately. I called Justin and he promptly returned my call. Tried to diagnose my problems almost over the phone because he was committed to other customers. He made time after work to come over and take care of everything. Believe me the tank looked terrible. At first he thought an overhaul would be necessary, but after some work, he thought we should keep an eye on it as it may come back. Vegas is a great place to live but horrible when it comes to maintenance issues. Everyone with a hammer claims he's a carpenter, the guy with the wrench is a plumber and everyone under the sun is a handyman. Most "professionals" are extremely remedial. With this said, it was refreshing. No great attempted up sell, no ensuing calamity if you don't act right now, and no nonsense at all. You get an immediate feeling that you chose the right guy.
