I called Justin and he promptly returned my call. Tried to diagnose my problems almost over the phone because he was committed to other customers. He made time after work to come over and take care of everything. Believe me the tank looked terrible. At first he thought an overhaul would be necessary, but after some work, he thought we should keep an eye on it as it may come back. Vegas is a great place to live but horrible when it comes to maintenance issues. Everyone with a hammer claims he's a carpenter, the guy with the wrench is a plumber and everyone under the sun is a handyman. Most "professionals" are extremely remedial. With this said, it was refreshing. No great attempted up sell, no ensuing calamity if you don't act right now, and no nonsense at all. You get an immediate feeling that you chose the right guy.

I was worried my dog might have bloat so every minute felt critical. We eventually decided to leave and came here instead and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was incredibly kind and efficient. The hospital is spotless, welcoming and well organized which immediately helped ease some of the stress. Dr. Carolyn Hahn was absolutely wonderful. She took my concerns seriously, examined my dog promptly and explained everything clearly. Every technician and receptionist we interacted with was just as caring and professional. You can genuinely tell that everyone here truly wants to help both you and your pet. Thankfully, it turned out to be GI irritation rather than bloat and we left with medication and peace of mind. During one of the scariest nights I've had as a pet owner, this team treated us with urgency and compassion. Thank you to Dr. Carolyn Hahn and the entire staff for everything you did.
