I called Justin and he promptly returned my call. Tried to diagnose my problems almost over the phone because he was committed to other customers. He made time after work to come over and take care of everything. Believe me the tank looked terrible. At first he thought an overhaul would be necessary, but after some work, he thought we should keep an eye on it as it may come back. Vegas is a great place to live but horrible when it comes to maintenance issues. Everyone with a hammer claims he's a carpenter, the guy with the wrench is a plumber and everyone under the sun is a handyman. Most "professionals" are extremely remedial. With this said, it was refreshing. No great attempted up sell, no ensuing calamity if you don't act right now, and no nonsense at all. You get an immediate feeling that you chose the right guy.

I called the Veterinary Emegency Group and they kindly instructed me to bring him in for evaluation. I got there within 30 minutes and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. I have never seen a vet run with such efficiency. I wish our normal vet ran like this well oiled machine does. They put us in a room for triage and the Dr. Came in and explained the plan. Kate, the Vet tech, was super informative, I never once had to track her down for information. She let me know every step of the way what to expect. I greatly appreciated her kindness. The techs kept their cool with my cat growling and hissing at them. It didn't take long to resolve the issue and get the string out. They also didn't make us sit around for hours waiting to be discharged. As soon as the issue was resolved we were out of there. I can't recommend this Emergency vet enough. Thank you all for helping my kitty. I'm glad to know there is at least one Vet i can trust if a pet emergency arises.

All the staff were warm and calm and actually talked to my pet. Although my problem wasn't a trauma, I was treated with urgency and respect. The patience and kindness that was shown from weighing in, to taking vitals was perfect. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything. He connected with our primary vet and explained test results that I did not yet have. I felt like my concerns were all addressed. I have never had any vet or urgent pet care demonstrate such care. Although my pets health issue wasn't resolved I felt better when I left having a plan for my next steps. I was referral to a specialist that was able to see us that day. I can't give a them a high enough rating- they set the bar for superior pet care.
