There is so much wonderful to say about Ken Allender and Wildwood Cabinetry, it is hard to know…read morewhere to begin! We had been working with a different company for almost a year, when they went out of business. Ken was introduced to us with glowing recommendations. We met with Ken and were immediately struck by his gentle manner and professionalism. Ken was willing to step in and recreate the plans that we had developed with the other company. Our choices for wood and finish were unusual and it was going to be a challenge. He was not dissuaded by the challenge. Ken was able to not only meet, but exceed our hopes for our cabinetry. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect and was a pleasure to get to know. Ken even went so far as to give both my husband and I a video tour of how things were progressing when a question came up. Cabinets are not critical to life or happiness, but Ken and Wildwood came into our lives when we really needed them and we are grateful beyond words. We will look at our cabinetry for the next twenty+ years (hopefully) and smile and think of Ken.

Our second project with Ryan was installing a dock section, grading the shoreline and adding rip rap rock to protect our shoreline. The project came out great. He is a master at operating the excavator and maintains his up to date equipment very well. I highly recommend Mulch & More!

They are some what friendly long enough to get you to trust them. I talked the the owner three days ago wanting unclean top soil, didn't have any. To make it his driver was there too, the owner said he had a place on his land he the driver could get good unclean soil. His quote was it is almost as good as top soil, best dirt in roane co. They lied big time, very deceiving people with a smile. Dirt came yesterday, looked like clumps of dirt, right after dumping he left and I went to look at the dirt. I have never in my life been so angry,I ordered 10 yards it 7 or less that I got. The worst part there is less than a yard of dirt, the rest is nothing but rock, useless to me, they new I didn't want rock. I'm stuck with it holding my project up for months. If anyone deals with these people get it ALL in writing, because they are very deceiving and great liars, taught by the devil himself.

The associate called the owner and the owner said, "No, in fact that he planned on going up in price by 25% per pallet the next week". So instead of giving a bulk price or just saying no that he could not do that he stated that he was going to raise the price by 25%. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the pressure tactics that were attempted to be employed especially being a long time customer for many large home improvement projects. Buyer beware as this was a shocking experience.
