And contacting the state board. Although the doctor has already lost his medical license. What these guys are doing is dangerous and illegal. Someone is going to end up seriously hurt or injured; all of the Yelp and Google reviews speak for themselves. I changed my scheduling at their request to do my appointments at a different time for my last four sessions. At that time, the treatment I received began to be less and less professional and less and less effective. During my treatment yesterday, I was literally given 84 mg of Spravato, all three doses in less than two minutes, not to mention the fact that my blood pressure was too high to even receive one dose. This intentional overdose sent me into what I could best describe as a K Hole. Today I received a phone call telling me my future sessions, which were scheduled through September, are canceled with no notice. You are supposed to be titrated off of this medication, and I'm hoping that I'm not going to experience any issues unexpectedly going cold turkey, much less the experiences of my last session with them. My initial treatments in the beginning were handled rather professionally, though there were some small things that would happen that sent up some red flags, but I was willing to let them pass. The treatment was initially working and working very well. I was feeling happy for the first time in my life. But the professionalism in the office dropped dramatically when my technician left the organization. I began to feel like I was an inconvenience and a product in an insurance factory. If they ever took a look at any of the paperwork that I filled out, they would've seen that my treatment was not progressing or that my mood was going dramatically downhill. The doctor has lost his medical license for procedural reasons. The clinic no longer follows safety protocols or professional protocols. Not once did they ask me if I was driving hell, I could've driven.

These conditions became apparent only recently and baffled our son's school officials and us. In spite of many parent/teacher meetings and to our dismay, our son's struggles continued and even worsened. Less than a year ago, we lost my father - our son's grandfather - and we attributed this to his difficulties. However, much to our heartbreak, our son continued his downward path. It was at this point that my wife and I decided to seek professional help. Desert Marriage & Family Counseling was strongly recommended to my wife through her valley business network. We met with Kelly Lewallen, LMFT, and were greatly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and manner in which she explained a very delicate condition. Her handling of this heartbreaking episode in our lives was nothing short of miraculous. She was introduced to our son and quickly established a rapport with him that was kind, gentle, and reassuring. Moreover, she gently but firmly assured two worried guilt-ridden parents where the root cause of our son's difficulties lay. Needless to say, my wife and I were much relieved to finally know the real cause of our son's issues. Kelly then brought to bear her professional staff member, Kasey, to begin setting up a plan that recognized our son's condition and would allow him to fully utilize his scholastic skills and lead a full and satisfying life. When we met with school officials, staff member Kasey accompanied us to present the plan she had drawn up as well as answer questions raised by the school officials. When I spoke with Iris she said she would check for any availabilities and unfortunately there were no providers available at that time. I guess I made sort of a distressed sound since the process of trying to get a counselor had been going on for weeks and had been very frustrating but she told me that she would look up our insurance and see if she could find any doctors that maybe we hadn't heard of before and would text that information to me. She texted it less than an hour and a half from my phone call and I was sincerely surprised because literally do I do not usually speak to such nice people and then they do me a favor, a big ask, without even me being their customer. To be honest on my very first phone call we were able to get a therapist and we have an appointment with next week, and an appointment a week for the next month. I felt that Iris went way above and beyond for somebody she didn't even know and those are the kind of people that should be rewarded and thanked and normalized.
